Luxury Afternoon Tea at Mount Nelson a Belmond Hotel

The historic Afternoon Tea, which takes place within the Lounge at Mount Nelson, promises an indulgent feast. While you dine on sumptuous cakes, pastries and sandwiches stacked in tiers, live piano music sets the scene. My mum and I had a three hour high tea experience from 12pm until 3pm. We enjoyed the vast array of desserts and pastries whilst sipping on the wide variety of tea’s which were available. After speaking to the knowledgable tea connoisseur - we both made our tea selections and enjoyed hours of laughs and meaningful and overdue conversations.

This is an experience which I’ll never forget.
