When my best friend Sarah visited from Singapore, I knew Tokara had to be on our itinerary. Wine Tasting
Tokara is renowned for producing exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Bordeaux-style blends. Guests can enjoy guided tastings in the modern tasting lounge, where knowledgeable staff share insights into the estate's winemaking philosophy and the unique terroir that defines each vintage.
Olive Oil Tasting
Beyond its wines, Tokara is celebrated for its award-winning extra virgin olive oils, crafted from olives grown on the estate. The olive oil tasting introduces visitors to a range of oils, highlighting the nuances of aroma, fruitiness, bitterness, and peppery finishes—an experience that appeals to both food lovers and curious first-timers.
