Bistro Remy

Located in one of Sydney's most luxurious hotels, Bistro Remy at The Langham, is a contemporary bistro style environment with European chic influences. The new Bistro Remy is light, airy and incredibly spacious. The refined and modern interior of dark timber floors is brought to life with vibrant artworks and fresh floral arrangements. The main philosophy behind this chic restaurant is to offer the everyday diner an affordable, yet high-quality, dining experience without breaking the budget. The dishes are innovative and presented in eloquent style. A few of my highlights included the Smoked Mt Cook Alpine Salmon, black kingfish and roasted broccoli.
