Sibella Court, the renowned Sydney-based interior stylist and founder of design studio and retail shop The Society Inc, hosted a long summer lunch over the weekend for an intimate group of her closest friends and colleagues at her dreamy Bellevue Hill home to launch the fourth edition of The Society Inc newspaper.
With bespoke cocktails by Patrón, a three-course menu created by Black Pantry — think peking duck pancakes and freshly shucked oysters — and a relaxed, yet impeccably styled setting, it is safe to say that this is summer entertaining at its best. Fellow entertainers, take a cue (or two) from Court and see inside the stylish affair here.

In an attempt to retain the grand, historic public rooms of the 1860s and 1920s - of which the Café Royal was famed for - these Grade II listed spaces have been carefully restored.
I had the pleasure of staying here for two nights - come and see my photo diary and what I got up to.
