I was ecstatic to have been able to attend my first fashion show in Paris this year with Rochas. Rochas is a luxury fashion, beauty and fragrance house - founded in 1925 by French designer Marcel Rochas. It was an honour to have been dressed from head to toe in a couture, pink dress by Rochas this year.

If you’re a loyal follower of the Rochas label you’ll know that some of the most stunning pieces from the brand are the beautifully embellished garments with marabou trims or crystals. I was in absolute awe of the flowing chiffon and silk gowns in baby pink, white, black and navy. The dresses looked like something straight out of a fairytale. The entire collection was a beautiful mix of feathers, sequins, patent leathers, chiffon and vintage colours.

Creative director Alessandro Dell'Acqua said he was inspired by couture references in a modern world, and that was visible in many of the pretty, feminine pieces he presented.
