After bleaching and stripping the pigmentation from my once black silky hair (nine bleaches might I add) it became quite evident to me that remaining blonde was not a feasible option.

What people fail to tell you is that bleach actually destroys your hair the more you use it. I used regular hair treatments from the Joico KPak series to Kerastase as well as trimming the dead and broken ends from the bleach and nothing seemed to work. My hair was left in a frazzled state and I decided it was time to head to Edwards & Co and seek for some hair therapy! 

Edwards and Co is directed by leading colourist Jaye Edwards and houses Sydney’s most innovative and fashion forward stylists and makeup artists. I loved the rustic and minimal warehouse interior and upon my arrival I was greeted by Hayden at Edwards & Co who was an absolute gem. After my consultation we decided that i'd go back to my natural colour! Thank you for doing a stellar job on me and to the lovely Joel for the blowdry.

The team was so incredibly professional and I left with a full and healthy, glossy head of black! See you in four weeks for another gloss session. Loving my natural locks! It was fun being blonde for a year but I certainly missed my dark locks. It's good to be back ;)!
