It'd been a while since we all got together for a good family reunion dinner. Everyone always has so much going on it's always quite difficult to align our schedules to catch up - so when we were all invited to dine at Mode Kitchen & Bar at the Four Season's hotel we couldn't say no. The head chef, Francesco Mannelli hails from the beautiful city of Florence and whipped up an incredible dinner with his talented team.
I have to admit that the truffle risotto was a highlight for me! I loved the welcoming setting which had a touch of glamour to it. The friendly service and delicious food embodies great cooking and great flavours, celebrating the classics in a contemporary way.
Nothing seems to beat good food in good company. Thank you for bringing us all together, Four Seasons.
