Love Journey Luncheon with Park Hyatt Sydney & Ever After
Event
It was an afternoon of pure indulgence at Park Hyatt Sydney where everAFTER treated a small intimate group of individuals to a beautiful three course lunch as well as giving people a chance to chat to some of Sydney's best in the wedding industry. I was lucky enough to sit beside a familiar face where we spent the afternoon catching up on nostalgic conversations and reminisced about our time together in the past.
I was in complete awe of the venue which was decorated with white and blue porcelain vases which were filled with vivid florals. I was transported away to the Mediterranean for a brief moment in time.
The three course lunch consisted of a beautiful Winter Vegetable Garden Salad served on truffle soil to start, which was followed by a duo of roasted John Dory and Baby Scallop for our main course. My favourite part of the three course lunch was the dessert which consisted of a theatrical performance from the manjari chocolate sphere served with white opaline mousse.
A special mention to Park Hyatt Sydney, Philip Carr Event, Soda Films. Blumenthal Photograph, Hilla Florist, Lauren Skorsis and Ever After Magazine for pulling off such a beautiful lunch.
In an attempt to retain the grand, historic public rooms of the 1860s and 1920s - of which the Café Royal was famed for - these Grade II listed spaces have been carefully restored.
I had the pleasure of staying here for two nights - come and see my photo diary and what I got up to.
