Jungle Stay in Sayan
TRAVEL
The last time I was in Bali was almost eight years ago and I was really excited to revisit this beautiful island. We spent two nights at the Four Seasons in Sayan this weekend and stayed in villa 16 with a beautiful view of the riverfront. I had no idea at how large the entire property was until we were escorted to our villa via a golf buggy.
As the golf buggy pulled up at our villa I was gobsmacked at the size of the room which was bigger than my entire apartment back in Sydney (well, almost). Four Seasons Sayan is also located in close proximity to the city centre where you can catch a free shuttle from the hotel and rent your own scooter for $7 a day. I also really enjoyed the river rafting and activity schedule at the hotel.
I'd highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a secluded getaway for a quick weekend. Nestled amongst all the green foliage is a piece of paradise!
In an attempt to retain the grand, historic public rooms of the 1860s and 1920s - of which the Café Royal was famed for - these Grade II listed spaces have been carefully restored.
I had the pleasure of staying here for two nights - come and see my photo diary and what I got up to.
