Hello, Darling | Gold Coast
Saying hello to a whole new level of sophistication, service and style in Gold Coast. Located amongst seven stunning acres of landscaped gardens and within walking distance to one of the City’s most popular pristine beaches, The Star Gold Coast is situated on Broadbeach Island, right in the heart of the action.
I was invited to the grand opening of The Darling on March 22 - a crucial investment in the region ahead of the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games. Eleven food and beverage offerings, 596 refurbished hotel rooms and a luxury poolside experience are among the completed features, with highly popular dining experiences Kiyomi, Cucina Vivo, Garden Kitchen & Bar and Imperial at The Star continuing to attract a wealth of success.
At the front of the property, The Darling – a new 17-storey luxury suite hotel – forms the centrepiece of The Star Gold Coast’s landmark transformation and features 57 spacious suites ranging in size from 70 square metres to a stunning 328sqm.
Catering to the individual needs of leisure and business travellers, The Darling offers premium resort facilities, high-class gaming amenities, and a stunning rooftop entertainment level housing Nineteen at The Star – a cutting-edge luxury restaurant and bar – and an infinity pool.
The Penthouse Spa Suite is a beautifully appointed space designed purposefully for those wishing to relax and rejuvenate in style.
