Luxury Living in the heart of Surry Hills
When Collette Dinnigan and her husband Bradley invited me for a weekend stay at Milton Surf & Stables earlier this year I could hardly refuse such a generous offer. You can check out my diary entry here.
Dinnigan has recently taken a step back from her main fashion label to focus on the world of interior design. Some of Collette Dinnigan's projects include Bannisters by the Sea as well as Milton Surf and Stables. Avoiding the generic apartment look and focusing on creating a space which is warm and inviting has always been Dinnigan's forte. When I received an invitation to Dinnigan's newest project entitled, 'Golf House' in the heart of Surry Hills - I was incredibly excited and curious to see what the space would be like.
Dinnigan never disappoints and her immaculate attention to detail, colour and quality was really transparent in her sophisticated design. With easy access to the CBD, parks, restaurants and universities this bold, copper adorned beauty is going to be a real gem on the block! xx
In an attempt to retain the grand, historic public rooms of the 1860s and 1920s - of which the Café Royal was famed for - these Grade II listed spaces have been carefully restored.
I had the pleasure of staying here for two nights - come and see my photo diary and what I got up to.
