L'Oréal | Clay Masks + Sugar Scrubs
I recently had the pleasure of trying L'Oréal Paris' new line of Clay Masks and Sugar Scrubs. They have quickly become some of my favourites, and are currently on high-rotation in my skincare routine.
Out of all the clay mask and sugar scrub products I trialled, L'Oréal's Pure Clay, Detoxifying Mask was by far my favourite.
The Detoxifying mask has a clean, earthy fragrance. I loved that the consistency was smooth, and easy to apply. It's especially refreshing if you refrigerate before applying. The nature of the ingredients are very gentle on the skin; especially for sensitive or acne prone skin.
The mask dries fairly quickly, and removes well with a warm, damp face cloth. If you end up trying this products, ensure you follow up with a good moisturiser as the clay ingredient does tend to dry out your skin faster than most masks.
The overall stand out factor of this product for me personally was how soft and fresh my skin felt after removing the mask. This product has quickly made it to my good books, and I will soon be on the hunt to replenish this product.
The L'Oréal Purifying Sugar Scrub was another one of my personal favourites. The scrubs are formulated with sugar granules, which are used to help physically exfoliate that dead skin cell buildup. My favourite time to use this scrub is at the end of the day, after my makeup is removed. As it just leaves my skin feel that bit extra cleaner, without leaving my face too raw.
Overall, I believe L'Oréal Paris' new line of Clay Masks and Sugar Scrubs deliver high quality product for an extremely affordable price. If you are in need of a new face mask or facial scrub (or even if you're not...), I would recommend popping into your local chemist or grocer to try a couple of these products out. Your skin will thank you.
