Monday Meetings | Warren and Holt
Who can hate Monday mornings when they involve a breakfast spread like this.
On this past Monday morning, we had the pleasure of visiting Marrickville's Wholefoods Eatery, Warren and Holt. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the owner, Mat Budzevski, who explained a little bit of the philosophy behind his Eatery and recommended a few of his personal favourite dishes. We settled on the Strawberry and Watermelon Bircher, Sweet Potato Fries, Açaí Bowl and Vanilla Hotcake. Contrary to many breakfast joints in Sydney, the aesthetics and taste were on par. We left the Eatery with happy stomachs and a full hearts.
The main thing that set Warren and Holt apart from other Eateries I have visited is the fact that they serve organic food and beverages with a focus on sustainable and ethical produce. The meals tick every box; being allergen-friendly, vegan-friendly, chemical-free, nutrient dense and locally sourced. Many of these attributes are achieved through their partnership with qualified nutritionist, Steph Wearne of Body Good Food.

P.S. I forgot to mention, the clean and minimal interiors were an added bonus.
