Dining at the Gantry
I was invited to dine at the Gantry located between Sydney Harbour and The Rocks precinct. Having visited previously I was not disappointed by the incredibly perfected tasting menu put together by chef Thomas Gorringe. Thank you for a perfect night of great conversation paired with a delicious menu. What more could a girl ask for on a Sunday evening?

In an attempt to retain the grand, historic public rooms of the 1860s and 1920s - of which the Café Royal was famed for - these Grade II listed spaces have been carefully restored.
